Refund policy

If you would like to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of delivery.

Before returning, please contact us via our contact page letting us know the order number, the item you are returning and any other relevant info. Once we have processed this, we will send you the return address.

Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect/ faulty. Your refund will be process upon receipt of the return, providing it is of saleable condition.

We advise that you use a reliable and trackable shipping service for returned items to ensure that they arrive safely and securely to us. We do not accept any responsibility for lost items.
